Seranji Limited operates the Iko Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your details when you use our WhatsApp-based services.
1. Details Needed for the Service
To provide our services, we only use what is absolutely necessary to make the platform work. This is limited to exactly two things:
- Your WhatsApp phone number: The number you are using to chat with us.
- Your spare part inquiries: The specific messages and requests you send us looking for parts.
2. How We Use Your Details
We use your details strictly to:
- Connect you (the buyer) with verified sellers - physical shops.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Ensure the Iko Platform runs smoothly for you.
3. Connecting You With Sellers
Our platform works as a direct connector. When a verified seller has the spare part you need, we connect the two of you so you can do business. Here is exactly how that works:
- You get the seller's details: You will receive the verified seller's/shop's contact and shop location directly on your WhatsApp.
- The seller gets your number: We share your WhatsApp phone number and inquiry details with that specific seller.
- Direct Chat: This allows you to link up with the seller and chat directly on WhatsApp.
- Pictures & Quotes: This allows the seller to immediately send you product pictures and price quotes.
We do not sell, rent, or give your details to outside third parties. (Note: Because our service runs on WhatsApp, your chats are also subject to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy).
4. Managing Your Account
Your details remain active for as long as you use the Iko Platform. You have full control over your account and can request to update or remove your details at any time.
- To remove your number: If you no longer want to use the service, just let us know. We will immediately delete your WhatsApp number. Anonymized spare parts data remain to help improve the platform for other buyers and sellers.
